I have worked with 5 real estate agents in the past year in various areas of the county. Jill is head-and-shoulders above the other agents! She kept me informed about local decisions that might impact my purchase, advised me about drawbacks on each property, wrote multiple offers, helped me get the right inspections, and negotiated with the seller (a bank) to get me a discount on the price. She literally dropped what she was doing to make sure my offer was the first one in on a bank owned property that I was able to purchase. She ALWAYS had time to talk to me, even if it was 9 pm.
What didn’t she do that other agents have done? She didn’t try to talk me into buying a bad property, she didn’t refuse to write an offer because “it might offend the bank,” and she didn’t make we wait 2 days for a call-back. Plus, she uses Docusign, unlike the last agent I used, who made me print out copies of everything, wet sign them, scan them into a computer and combine them into a single pdf to send back. I would use Jill for every purchase if I could clone her an have her represent me in every state.
